Sam and the staff here are amazing! We stayed there from a Thursday through Saturday night. Sam worked with me on reserving 13 rooms needed for our stay. He asked numerous times during our stay if we and our guests had everything we needed and if we were enjoying our stay. The cleaning ladies were awesome!! Every day our rooms were cleaned and all bed linens were washed. If you are going to Louisville, Mississippi, I would definitely stay at The Quality Inn.
The room was very nice. The grandkids loved the pool. I'd have to say my only disappointment was it still advertising as Continental Breakfast and I understand because of Covid that's probably not feasible but I was told when I asked that there would be a to go breakfast which I thought meant a hot breakfast still however when I went to the lobby the next morning the to go breakfast was a bottled water, a thawed out plastic packaged breakfast taco which looked nasty, a chocolate snack bar. I was disappointed in that to say the least. The grands were hungry so we had to run out to a fast food place both mornings for breakfast. Other than that rooms were clean.
My family and I LOVE staying here. The staff is so professional and the rooms are always clean and up to date. BEST HOTEL IN LOUISVILLE HANDS DOWN!!!!
A good budget place to stay the night. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The room was clean and looked to have been recently remodeled. Close to many places to eat. The photos I'm posting make the room look messy but we were getting ready for a race.
Salt water pool is great but should be open longer for the people that work later than others. Rooms were alright but I’d stay there again
Very nice staff, very accommodating and helpful through my entire stay. I made a few requests and they were happy to help me out. The room was clean and everything worked like it was supposed to. If you're using this hotel to be in the Louisville area, the location is very good. A well run and nicely located hotel for a good value.
We were coming to Starkville for my son's graduation, and was looking for a reasonably priced hotel. This hotel fit the bill. The room was clean & comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again.
